As a Project Manager within our Digital Physiology business, you will lead the successful execution of cardiac solution studies from startup through closeout, ensuring high-quality, on-time, and on-budget delivery. Working closely with sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams, you will serve as the primary operational lead, balancing customer expectations, project performance, financial management, and operational excellence to support the development of life-changing therapies.

What You'll Be Doing
- Lead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs.
- Gather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.
- Develop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management activities.
- Create, review, and distribute study reports, project metrics, status updates, and customer communications.
- Ensure study data, documentation, and project records are archived in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.
- Establish, communicate, and successfully manage customer expectations throughout project execution.
- Monitor study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure successful outcomes.
- Manage project financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation.
- Identify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure study success.
- Lead internal and external discussions to support effective communication, teamwork, and efficient use of resources.
- Apply structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges, customer concerns, and project escalations.
- Maintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related matters.
- Participate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required.
- Present Cardiac Solutions services, workflows, and operational capabilities to customers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Business Development and operational teams to support customer engagement and business growth initiatives.
- Assist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.
What We Look For
- Bachelor's degree and demonstrated project management experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related industry.
- Clario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business.
- 1 to 4 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, or related industries.
- Understanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle.
- Experience managing customer-facing projects, operational deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
- Strong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Demonstrated responsiveness, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require.
