About this role
Pay Range: $22.61 - $30.15
Assists with the development, analysis and validation of metrics and reporting related to retail banking. Supports department with special projects and ad-hoc reporting needs.
Education and Experience:
- Experience in a role demonstrating analytical skill required
- Associates Degree or equivalent education and experience preferred
Skills and Abilities:
- Strong written and oral communication and computer skills
- High level of attention to detail with strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Reporting tools including InformEnt.
Tasks Performed:
- 45% Assists with developing, maintaining and distributing key metrics reports for retail banking. Supports ongoing measurement and analysis of reporting while providing accuracy and validation. Provides ad-hoc reporting to retail banking department upon request to track and monitor product/sales/serviceand overall performance. Works closely with more senior analysts.
- 35% Assists with the research and development associated with the departement's analytical and reporting needs. Helps identify trends and recognize opportunities for enhancement.
- 15% Support department initiatives and compliance efforts as needed.
- 5% Other duties as assigned
