Orchestrate demand, supply, and sales alignment to deliver solid sell-in/sell-through outcomes, while improving channel efficiency, inventory health, and operational scalability. Business Outcomes</p><ul><li>Defines and owns strategic account and channel health metrics spanning demand quality, supply alignment, inventory, fulfillment, partner experience, sell-in, and sell-through outcomes.</li><li>Identifies forward-looking risks and opportunities from partner, market, financial, and industry signals and converts them into clear decisions and corrective actions.</li><li>Drives data-informed strategy adjustments, root-cause analysis, and continuous reporting improvements through advanced analytics and AI-enabled insights.</li></ul><p>Operating Model &amp; AI Transformation</p><ul><li>Leads the transformation to proactive, outcome-based strategic account operations.</li><li>Identifies, pilots, operationalizes, and scales AI and agentic solutions, measuring success through productivity, speed, quality, customer experience, and cost impact.</li></ul><p>Commercial Strategy &amp; Channel Growth</p><ul><li>Partners with Sales and Marketing while independently owning the operational outcomes required to deliver effective merchandising, sell-in, sell-through, and partner performance.</li><li>Establishes differentiated engagement models and reciprocal accountability with strategic retailers, distributors, and channel partners.</li></ul><p>Executive Insights &amp; Decision Intelligence</p><ul><li>Translates complex and ambiguous data into account strategies, business trade-offs, executive recommendations, and measurable actions.</li><li>Improves forecast quality, signal convergence, order adherence, and decision velocity through analytics, automation, and AI-enabled workflows.</li><li>Builds organizational capability by coaching peers, establishing analytical standards, and embedding outcome-based reviews into the rhythm of business.</li></ul><p>Strategic Partner Leadership &amp; Joint Planning</p><ul><li>Builds strategic partner relationships and leads formal collaborative planning, forecasting, and replenishment processes for priority accounts.</li><li>Leads recurring account-health and business reviews, reconciles partner and field signals at account and SKU level, and drives shared corrective plans before performance misses occur.</li><li>Influences partner strategies and extends proven AI, automation, and innovation capabilities into joint operating processes.</li></ul><p>Demand-to-Delivery &amp; Inventory Optimization</p><ul><li>Optimizes end-to-end demand, supply, order, fulfillment, and inventory processes to improve customer outcomes and operational scalability.</li><li>Balances customer demand, supply availability, revenue and margin commitments, and inventory risk to improve financial performance and cost to serve.</li><li>Leads root-cause analysis and postmortems and converts regional learning into standardized, repeatable, and increasingly touchless global capabilities.</li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong>Required Qualifications: </strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field AND 6+ years supply chain, inventory management or sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience.<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Master's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering.<ul style="list-style-type: circle;"><li>OR related field AND 10+ years supply chain, inventory management.</li><li>OR sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience.</li><li>OR Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Information Technology, Business, Operations, Engineering.</li><li>OR related field AND 10+ years supply chain, inventory management.</li><li>OR sales operations experience, preferably in planning (demand/supply), supplier relationship management, customer relationship management, and/or channel management experience.</li><li>OR equivalent experience.</li></ul></li><li>Demonstrated ownership of complex, cross-functional outcomes involving demand planning, supply planning, inventory, order management, fulfillment, or partner operations.</li><li>Experience leading strategic customer, retailer, distributor, or channel-partner relationships and translating partner priorities into measurable operational plans.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to influence key stakeholders, resolve cross-organizational conflict, and drive decisions without direct reporting authority.</li><li>Experience using data and operating metrics to make business trade-offs, develop executive recommendations, and deliver measurable improvement.</li><li>Experience leading transformation, continuous-improvement, automation, or AI initiatives through adoption and sustained business impact.</li><li>Ability to collaborate across regions, cultures, and time zones and to provide strategic operational leadership during AOC working hours.</li></ul><p>#W+DJOBS</p><p>#MicrosoftAI</p> <br><br><p>Channel Management IC5 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $116,900 - $203,600 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $148,400 - $222,600 per year. </p><p></p> <p>Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
