JOB SUMMARY: Support the supply chain team in optimizing material flow, inventory management, and logistics operations to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS, ROLES, AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Essential duties and responsibilities include the following.
- Assist in monitoring inventory levels and supporting stock optimization activities
- Support procurement and supplier coordination processes
- Analyze supply chain data and prepare performance reports
- Participate in demand planning and forecasting activities
- Identify opportunities for process improvement in logistics and material handling
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations and production
EDUCATION, TRAINING, EXPERIENCE:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelors degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong academic foundation in areas relevant to the assigned department, such as operations, engineering principles, supply chain, procurement, inventory management, manufacturing, or logistics.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and work in a professional industrial environment.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:
JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
