Physical Therapy Assistant

Ambulatory Services | Sports PT at OCNA
The musculoskeletal (MSK) physical therapy assistant is responsible for treatment of orthopedic and sports medicine patients including but not limited to post-operative, chronic, and acute pathologies. The PT performs the initial evaluation of the assigned patient and the LPTA is a member of the Rehabilitation Department and is an integral component of the interdisciplinary medical team that strives to return the patient to his/her highest level of function. This position works under the direct supervision of the Rehab Services Manager. Shifts will include evenings and potentially Saturday hours .
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
Associates degree and PTA license in the state of Ohio required; experience in sports medicine and orthopedics preferred.
