Pay: Starting at $34.20/hour
Shift Premium: Additional $0.85/hour for off-shift work
Schedule: Multiple shifts available, including 12-hour A/B shifts

Job Summary

We are seeking experienced Electro-Mechanical Maintenance Technicians to join a manufacturing team supporting the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of production equipment.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both electrical and mechanical maintenance , with experience troubleshooting industrial equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and minimizing equipment downtime. Experience with robotics and automated manufacturing equipment is a plus .

Key Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment and production machinery
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to maintain equipment reliability
- Diagnose electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues
- Troubleshoot motors, sensors, controls, conveyors, and other industrial equipment
- Assist with troubleshooting and maintaining automated and robotic equipment
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, mechanical drawings, and equipment documentation
- Use electrical testing equipment and hand/power tools to diagnose and repair equipment
- Respond to equipment breakdowns and production downtime in a timely manner
- Identify recurring equipment issues and recommend corrective actions
- Complete maintenance documentation and work orders
- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a safe work environment
- Work closely with production and other maintenance team members to keep equipment operating efficiently
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
- Help train and mentor less-experienced maintenance employees and apprentices

Qualifications

- Previous industrial or manufacturing maintenance experience
- Strong electrical and mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience performing preventive maintenance on industrial equipment
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
- Experience with hydraulics and pneumatics preferred
- PLC troubleshooting experience is a plus
- Robotics or automated equipment experience is a plus
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance team
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Ability to work the assigned shift and overtime/weekends as required
