Bobbie’s Airway Grill is a neighborhood staple built on exceptional food, warm hospitality, and a team that cares. Our from-scratch kitchen works with fresh ingredients, seafood, and prime meats butchered in-house daily. We’re looking for an experienced AM Assembler who shares our pride in doing things well.
You’ll help bring every plate together with precision, consistency, and care. If you thrive in a busy kitchen, hold yourself to high standards, and enjoy working alongside people who do the same, we’d love to meet you.
What you bring:
• A minimum of two years of experience as an assembler in a high-volume restaurant is required.
• Morning and daytime availability.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and a sense of urgency.
• Dependability, a positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork.
• Pride in maintaining a clean station and executing every dish to our standards.
