Overview As a Solution Engineer – AI Business Solutions (Cloud Endpoint), you will serve as a trusted technical advisor to enterprise customers, helping them modernize their endpoint and virtual desktop environments for secure, cloud-native, AI-enabled work.You will lead technical engagements across the Cloud Endpoint portfolio, including Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID, translating customer business and technical requirements into scalable solution architectures. You will drive technical wins through discovery, architectural design, demonstrations, workshops, and proofs of concept, while partnering closely with sales, security, identity, engineering, and partner teams. Responsibilities <ul style="margin-top: 0in;" type="disc"><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Lead technical discovery and customer conversations to understand business, security, endpoint management, virtualization, and AI-related requirements and translate them into solution strategies.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Design and present secure, scalable Cloud Endpoint architectures leveraging technologies such as Windows 365, Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Defender, and Microsoft Entra ID.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Drive technical wins by delivering architectural design sessions, demonstrations, hands-on workshops, Proofs of Concept (POCs), and technical close plans that demonstrate solution value and integration with customer environments.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers modernize legacy VDI and endpoint management environments and adopt cloud-native, identity-first, and Zero Trust approaches.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Partner with account teams, specialists, Cloud Solution Architects, security and identity teams, partners, and engineering to develop strategic win plans, resolve technical blockers, and accelerate customer adoption.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Apply competitive, industry, partner, and technical knowledge to position Microsoft solutions effectively, identify competitive opportunities, and provide feedback to product and engineering teams.</li><li class="MsoNormal" style="color: #242424; margin-bottom: 0in; mso-line-height-alt: 0pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; tab-stops: list .5in;">Continuously develop technical expertise across Cloud Endpoint, security, identity, virtualization, and emerging AI technologies while sharing knowledge and best practices with customers, partners, and internal teams.</li></ul> Qualifications Required/minimum qualifications· Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 4+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR 5+ years technical pre-sales or technical consulting experience OR equivalent experience.· Professional proficiency in English, with the ability to lead technical discussions, presentations, demonstrations, and architecture conversations with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders in both written and verbal interactions. Additional or preferred qualifications· 6+ years technical pre-sales, technical consulting, or technology delivery, or related experience OR equivalent experience.· 4+ years experience with cloud and hybrid, or on premises infrastructures, architecture designs, migrations, industry standards, and/or technology management.· Certification in relevant technologies or disciplines (e.g., Office 365, Power BI, Azure Architect and Development exams, Cloud Platform Technologies, Information Security, Architecture).
