About this role
The Sr. Office Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the corporate office and supporting a productive, organized, and welcoming workplace environment. This role serves as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management while coordinating workplace services, employee support activities, office events, and administrative functions. The Office Coordinator works closely with Human Resources, Facilities, Events, and leadership teams to ensure smooth office operations and a positive employee experience.
What You'll Do:
- Coordinate daily office operations and workplace services to support employee productivity and business objectives
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and building management
- Maintain office supplies, equipment, mail services, seating arrangements, access management, and workplace resources
- Coordinate facility maintenance requests, repairs, and office service needs
- Assist with office logistics, workspace planning, office moves, and office buildout projects
- Coordinate vendor relationships and services, including office supplies, catering, snacks, beverages, cleaning services, and workplace amenities
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, office events, celebrations, and workplace culture initiatives
- Partner with HR to coordinate onboarding and offboarding activities, including workspace setup and access management
- Track office expenses, purchase orders, invoices, and budget-related documentation
- Support Executive Leadership Team meeting logistics, catering, room setup, and special projects as needed
What You'll Bring:
- 3–5+ years of office administration, workplace coordination, facilities coordination, executive support, or related experience
- Strong organizational, communication, and project coordination skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite
Computer Operations:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint, and the ability to learn and effectively use software applications such as ADP, Salesforce, Lead Perfection, Concur, and other systems used in support of office operations and employee services.
Physical Requirements:
The physical requirements of this role may vary depending on the specific job duties and work Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods, move throughout the office, operate office equipment, and occasionally lift and move office supplies and event materials up to 25 pounds.
