HealthFitness is seeking an energetic Front Desk Attendant to be the welcoming face of our premier corporate fitness center in Washington, DC . What You'll Do
✨ Welcome members and guests with a friendly, professional attitude
Check in participants and help create a seamless fitness center experience
Share information about programs, services, memberships, and upcoming wellness offerings
欄 Deliver outstanding customer service that keeps members engaged and satisfied
Help foster a positive, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants

Greet, check-in and assist customers. Provide program information, services, membership and ensure the highest possible level of customer service and participant satisfaction.
Minimum Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required. (remove for community sites)
- Previous customer service experience a plus.
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
The compensation range for this role is $17.00 - $19.00/hour. The final wage offer will be determined based on factors such as location, qualifications, experience, skill set, and other relevant factors. We understand that compensation is an important factor when considering a new opportunity, and we strive to provide a competitive wage within the market.
