We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative DRAM Process Technologist to define and develop the advanced process technologies that will enable future generations of DRAM memory. This role is focused on technology pathfinding, unit process innovation, and materials engineering across critical semiconductor manufacturing modules, translating device and product requirements into robust process solutions. The successful candidate will serve as a key technical leader responsible for identifying, evaluating, and maturing process technologies critical to future DRAM roadmaps. Working at the intersection of materials science, process engineering, and device performance, this individual will drive the development and optimization of advanced process modules while collaborating closely with integration, patterning, metrology, reliability, and modeling teams. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise, strategic vision, and hands-on engineering execution to develop innovative process solutions from early-stage research through implementation. This individual will influence technology direction across multiple disciplines and drive critical decisions related to process architecture, materials selection, equipment capability, and device performance to enable next-generation memory products. Minimum 8 years of DRAM technology development experience. Minimum 8 years of semiconductor process development experience in one or more unit process areas including etch, deposition, CMP, implant, or thermal processing. Demonstrated expertise in advanced semiconductor process development and process optimization. Strong understanding of semiconductor device physics, materials science, and process interactions. Experience solving complex technical challenges through root-cause analysis, modeling, and data-driven problem solving. Proven ability to lead cross-functional projects and communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders. 10+ years of DRAM technology development experience. Experience developing advanced memory technologies, including DRAM, 3D memory, or emerging memory devices. Deep expertise in one or more critical process modules and their interactions within the overall process flow. Experience with technology pathfinding, process integration, and manufacturing transfer. Strong publication, patent, or industry-recognized technical achievement record.. Demonstrated success mentoring engineers and leading complex technical programs.
