The Role

We’re looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of scalable, enterprise-grade Salesforce solutions. As the key technical authority, you will collaborate with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams to architect solutions that align with business needs, Salesforce best practices, and long-term transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

·        Lead end-to-end design and architecture of complex Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.

·        Define solution strategy, data architecture, and integration design aligned with business and platform requirements.

·        Translate business objectives into scalable, secure, high-performance technical solutions.

·        Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers, admins, and analysts.

·        Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality, scalability, and adherence to standards.

·        Develop architecture documentation including solution blueprints, diagrams, and specifications.

·        Ensure compliance with Salesforce security, data governance, and best practices.

·        Support production environments and guide resolution of high-priority technical issues.

·        Stay ahead of Salesforce innovations and recommend platform enhancements.

Qualifications and Skills

·        5+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce architecture and solution design.

·        Strong expertise across Salesforce Clouds: Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing.

·        Advanced proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and integration design.

·        Solid knowledge of data modeling, system architecture, and DevOps practices.

·        Experience working in Agile environments and driving CI/CD processes.

·        Ability to collaborate with senior stakeholders and translate complex requirements into actionable solutions.

·        Integration using REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, ETL tools

·        Data Migration & Data Modeling

·        DevOps (Gearset, Copado), CI/CD, Git, Jenkins

·        Agile delivery & solution documentation

Nice to Have

·        Experience with MuleSoft or similar integration platforms

·        Understanding of multi-org strategy and enterprise security protocols

·        Exposure to Marketing Cloud, Salesforce Industries, or Tableau CRM
