About this role

Reliant ABA Therapy is looking for a compassionate and motivated Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA) to join our pediatric ABA team. This is a great opportunity for a clinician who wants to grow their experience, work closely with experienced BCBAs, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of children and families.

Our BCaBAs work collaboratively with BCBAs and RBTs in a supportive, clinic-based environment focused on high-quality, individualized care.

What You’ll Do

- Provide ABA services under the supervision of a BCBA

- Assist with implementation and monitoring of individualized treatment plans

- Support skill acquisition and behavior-reduction programs

- Observe clients and collect, review, and analyze clinical data

- Provide ongoing support, feedback, and guidance to RBTs within your scope of practice

- Assist with caregiver training and clinical programming as directed by the supervising BCBA

- Monitor client progress and communicate clinical observations to the supervising BCBA

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

- Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, families, and other members of the clinical team

- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

- Active BCaBA certification through the BACB

- Appropriate Texas licensure/credentialing required for the position

- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred

- Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles

- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

- Ability to work collaboratively under BCBA supervision

- CPR/BLS certification or ability to obtain

Physical Requirements

This position may require sitting, standing, walking, kneeling, bending, running, and transitioning between positions throughout the day. Team members must be able to respond quickly to client needs and lift up to 35 pounds when necessary.
