Who You Are:
The Senior Director, Business Transformation & PMO leads Nutrabolt’s enterprise capability for identifying, prioritizing, delivering, and sustaining improvements across people, process, technology, and data. This strategic leader integrates process management, portfolio governance, project delivery, organizational change, vendor partnerships, and value realization into one operating model. The role converts enterprise priorities and operational needs into a governed portfolio while preserving functional ownership of business outcomes.
What You're Good At:
Enterprise Transformation Strategy and Operating Model
- Define and govern the Business Transformation & PMO charter, service boundaries, decision rights, operating model, and capability roadmap.
- Partner with leadership to translate strategic priorities into transformation themes, value-stream focus areas, and measurable outcome objectives.
- Establish a process-first approach that evaluates changes to roles, policy, process, controls, data, and technology before selecting solutions.
- Create a practical transformation cadence that combines top-down priorities with bottom-up operational evidence and continuously refreshes the improvement pipeline.
Demand, Portfolio, and Investment Governance
- Own the enterprise intake and prioritization model for transformation opportunities, technology requests, major process changes, and strategic initiatives.
- Ensure proposals begin with a clear problem, current-state evidence, strategic alignment, expected value, accountable sponsorship, dependencies, risk, and capacity implications.
- Facilitate executive portfolio decisions and present clear options for investment, sequencing, acceleration, deferral, rescoping, or stopping work.
- Maintain an integrated enterprise view of projects, programs, quick wins, improvement backlogs, resource constraints, dependencies, and systemic portfolio risks.
Business Process Management and Transformation Design
- Sponsor enterprise value-stream and process architecture practices, including current-state assessment, future-state design, process ownership, controls, KPIs, and improvement roadmaps.
- Ensure Process Architects and Business Analysts distinguish root-cause analysis and operating-model design from detailed solution requirements.
- Challenge teams to simplify and standardize work before automating it, while preserving appropriate business differentiation.
- Create mechanisms for translating process findings into quick wins, operational backlogs, projects, programs, policy changes, or organizational actions.
PMO, Program, and Project Delivery Leadership
- Lead the PMO as Nutrabolt’s enterprise delivery system, with right-sized standards for planning, phase gates, RAID management, financials, dependencies, testing, readiness, transition, and closure.
- Ensure each initiative has one integrated plan covering internal, business, vendor, technology, data, change, testing, deployment, and operational activities.
- Oversee high-priority programs and intervene when delivery confidence, vendor performance, business readiness, resources, or outcomes are at risk.
- Build an honest reporting culture that surfaces issues early and provides executives with decisions and recovery options rather than status alone.
Change Adoption and Value Realization
- Embed stakeholder impact, communication, training, readiness, adoption, reinforcement, and sustainment into transformation and delivery plans.
- Require baselines, target metrics, benefit hypotheses, measurement methods, and accountable benefit owners before significant investments advance.
- Partner with Finance and business owners to validate financial and operational outcomes after implementation.
- Use benefit performance, adoption evidence, and lessons learned to refine priorities, methods, and future investment decisions.
Strategic Partner and Vendor Accountability
- Design and manage the strategic partner model, including responsibilities, service boundaries, governance, assurance, commercial structures, performance measures, and escalation paths.
- Retain internal ownership of strategy, priorities, business decisions, standards, and outcomes while using partners for methodology, specialist expertise, and surge capacity.
- Hold vendors accountable to integrated plans, transparent risks, quality standards, knowledge transfer, and measurable delivery outcomes.
- Prevent key capability or institutional knowledge from becoming unnecessarily dependent on external providers.
Organization, Talent, and Capability Building
- Build and lead a lean team spanning process architecture, business analysis, project and program management, portfolio governance, and change capability.
- Establish career levels, role clarity, performance expectations, staffing models, and development paths across Business Transformation & PMO.
- Match initiative complexity with appropriate internal and vendor leadership and protect enough capacity for continuous discovery and future-state design.
- Coach leaders and process owners in disciplined problem solving, governance, accountability, and benefits ownership.
What You Contribute:
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance, supply chain, information systems, industrial engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional enterprise transformation and governing a portfolio of complex initiatives.
- Experience integrating business process redesign, technology delivery, organizational change, data, controls, and benefits realization.
- Strong executive presence, financial and commercial acumen, structured problem solving, facilitation, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build internal teams, manage strategic vendors, influence without direct authority, and lead through ambiguity.
- Experience providing candid delivery and risk guidance to senior executives and enabling difficult prioritization decisions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in consumer products, beverage, manufacturing, distribution, retail, or another high-growth operating environment.
- Experience with ERP-enabled transformation, data and analytics modernization, commercial platforms, M&A integration, shared services, or enterprise controls.
