We are currently looking for a Treasury Intern to join our team in Franklin, TN. This internship offers the opportunity to work with a fast-paced team that supports the funding activities of a captive finance company across the Americas region. You will gain exposure to how Nissan's finance business raises capital, manages liquidity, and supports consumer lending operations. This role provides a unique opportunity to develop knowledge of capital markets while leveraging emerging technologies and AI tools to drive process improvements and business insights.
A Day in the Life:
- Learn the fundamentals of capital markets and how funding strategies support automotive finance operations.
- Support the Treasury team with analysis, reporting, and special projects across the Americas region.
- Utilize AI tools and emerging technologies to improve processes, increase efficiency, and generate business insights.
- Assist with research and data analysis related to funding activities, liquidity management, and treasury operations.
- Lead or contribute to a project tailored to your interests, skills, and development goals.
Who We’re Looking For :
Required:
- Must be currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate degree program in Corporate Finance, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Students entering their Junior, Senior, or Master's program at the start of the upcoming academic term.
- Strong interest in capital markets, corporate finance, treasury, and financial services.
- Proactive and ambitious with a desire to seek out new learning opportunities and take ownership of assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to receive constructive feedback, adapt quickly, and continuously improve.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with AI tools or data analytics technologies is a plus.
- GPA of 3.0 or above (Candidates will be required to provide an official or unofficial transcript during the application process for verification.)
- Ability to perform work onsite at Franklin, TN.
