Description

Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and relationship-focused Recruiter to support talent acquisition efforts by identifying, attracting, and hiring qualified candidates for current and future openings. This role partners closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, develop recruitment strategies, and deliver a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs.
- Source qualified candidates using a variety of methods, including applicant tracking systems, online databases, networking, job boards, referrals, social media, and direct outreach.
- Screen and interview candidates to evaluate qualifications, experience, skills, and overall fit.
- Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate recruiting and employment records.
- Communicate with applicants regarding application status, employment opportunities, and hiring decisions.
- Coordinate and facilitate various stages of the recruitment and selection process.
- Promote career opportunities and educate candidates on company culture, benefits, operations, and available positions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable hiring policies, procedures, and employment regulations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 2-4 years of customer service, recruiting, talent acquisition, or related professional experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.

Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of recruiting best practices, candidate sourcing techniques, and talent acquisition processes.
- Understanding of employment laws, hiring practices, and compliance requirements.
- Experience partnering with hiring managers and supporting multiple requisitions simultaneously.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruiting tools.

This is a Contract position based out of Saint Paul, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.25/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job
classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be
subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms. If eligible, the benefits
