Job Title: Engineer Signal Image Processing 2 Job Description
We are seeking self-motivated, energetic Digital Signal Processing Engineers to develop cutting-edge algorithms in MATLAB or other programming languages such as CUDA/OpenCL, Python, C/C++ in Linux/UNIX or Windows environments. The ideal candidate will have experience with various Signal Processing algorithms, understanding Digital Communication Systems, modulation techniques, RF signal processing chains, and link budgets.
Responsibilities
- Develop cutting-edge algorithms in MATLAB or other programming languages.
- Work in Linux/UNIX or Windows environments.
- Contribute to a broad range of applications for US government intelligence agencies and the Department of Defense.
- Collaborate with a cross-discipline team experienced in RF, Antenna Design, DSP, Digital Hardware Design, and Cyber Software Design.
- Apply AI/ML techniques to signal-processing tasks such as denoising, classification, and anomaly detection.
- Engage in real-time deployment and performance optimization.
- Utilize software-defined radios and implement image processing and AI/ML techniques.
Essential Skills
- BS Degree in Electrical, Computer or related Engineering discipline with 8 years of experience, OR MS Degree with 6 years, OR PhD Degree with 4 years.
- US Citizenship.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top-Secret clearance.
- Proficiency with MATLAB, focusing on Digital Signal Processing.
- Proficiency in software (Embedded, applications, AI/ML) or FPGA design.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Active Top Secret/SCI security clearance.
- Proficiency in C/C++, Python, and Embedded Software Design in Linux/UNIX environments.
- Proficiency in FPGA design on low SWAP systems.
- Basic understanding of Digital Communication Systems and RF signal processing chains.
- Experience in GPU Development (CUDA, OpenCL, or Vulkan).
- Experience in Embedded Development in SoCs or DSPs.
- Experience with VHDL (preferred) or Verilog.
- Experience with HDL verification tools such as Questa® or Modelsim®.
- Experience with Xilinx, Altera (Intel), or Microsemi FPGAs.
- Experience as a technical lead.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $10.00 - $10.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
