Mercy Clinic General Surgery is   seeking   a   full-time, BC/BE Acute Care Surgeon   to join our growing team in   Fort Smith, Arkansas . Step into a high‑demand market and serve a   diverse regional   population of 450,000 + , supported by the strength and resources of a fully integrated, not‑for‑profit health system.

Acute Care Surgery – Fort Smith

- Join a group of   5   General   Elective   S urgeons ,   3   Acute Care Surgeons   &   3   Acute Care   Nurse Practitioners

- 11 OR’s and   24/7   Staff and   Anesthesia coverage

- New   ER & ICU

- Very busy   level 3 trauma center with 60,000 +   annual ER visits

Compensation & Benefits

- Minimum 7 call days/month , opportunity for more
