Our team bridges the gap between Cisco technology and our customers' strategic business transformations. • Drive AI-Native & Telemetry Delivery: Embed Cisco IQ telemetry from Day-0 kickoff, drivingrisk assessments (Resilience Infrastructure Services audits, LDoS sweeps, software lifecycle reviews) and using agentic engineering tools to compress delivery cycles.

• Technical Governance & Mentorship: Guide, review, and validate complex designs and configurations developed by Consulting Engineers (CEs) and CX Centers (CXC) delivery teams.

• Commercial & Pre-Sales Partnership: Partner closely with Danish Account Executives, Systems Engineering (SE) leadership, and CX Delivery Managers to shape Statements of Work (SOWs) and expand customer engagements.
