Senior Partner Marketing Manager

A high performing and influential individual contributor who consistently applies (and regularly enhances) the partner marketing capabilities and playbooks to tackle the most complex business challenges and opportunities. Provides support and deep expertise to GTM marketing initiatives and interfaces regularly with executive (VP+) leadership.

In this role, you will:

- Gathers information about partner business challenges and creates data-driven marketing initiatives to drive adoption of Expedia Group Advertising solutions

- Supports event-based marketing initiatives with demonstrated ROI

- Translates product marketing narratives and campaign insights into field-ready assets that sellers can activate in partner conversations and events

- Owns tracking and reporting of marketing performance for Destination Marketing Organization programs, measuring against KPIs including marketing-influenced revenue (MIR), lead volume, and pipeline conversion

- Segments and prioritizes audiences/ messaging to ladder up to commercial goals

- Coordinates project plan across functions and competing timelines from other projects; leads development of strategies to get assigned project done amidst opposing needs for resources

- Measure, track, and adjust initiatives based on performance insights and partner feedback

- Serves as a connector across teams, ensuring that Destination Marketing Organization marketing efforts are integrated into broader Expedia Group Advertising GTM motions and not operating in isolation

Experience and Qualifications:

- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience for Bachelor's / 6+ years for Master's

- Experience managing large partner marketing budgets across multiple channels

- Strong decision-making and prioritization skills, guided by data and business impact

- Analytical and data-driven, comfortable using performance data and market trends

- Solid understanding of marketing channel mix and relationship between channels

- Experienced in managing complex, cross-functional projects with tight timelines and multiple stakeholders

- Skilled at building trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and influencing cross-functional teams

- Strong communication, with the ability to present ideas clearly to senior audiences

- Self-motivated and able to drive success with limited guidance, while also acting as part of one team

- Organized and proactive, with strong project management skills

The total cash range for this position in Chicago is $146,000.00 to $204,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $233,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.


Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
