About this role
Description
Amazon Ads helps advertisers reach customers at scale through full-funnel advertising across Prime Video & Amazon MGM Studios, Twitch, Fire TV, Amazon Music, Wondery, Alexa, Amazon.com, third-party supply, and everything in between. We use trillions of first-party streaming, browsing, and shopping signals with machine learning to make campaigns more efficient. Our measurement tools give advertisers a clear picture of their impact wherever customers are.
The Supply Integrations team works with global supply sources to give Amazon Demand-Side Platform (DSP) customers access to third-party inventory. We manage partnerships with supply-side platforms (SSPs), strategic publishers, and data vendors, building joint product roadmaps that benefit our mutual customers. We handle supply-source integrations from activation through ongoing health monitoring, run payment operations, and keep programmatic sources accountable to efficiency metrics.
We are looking for an Account Manager who enjoys working at the intersection of advertising, technology, and partner management. In this role you will own day-to-day partner relationships while pushing supply quality, new-format launches, and optimizations that directly improve results for Amazon advertisers. If you like untangling cross-functional problems in a fast-moving environment and want to help shape how programmatic supply works, we would love to talk to you.
Key job responsibilities
- Own and grow relationships with SSP partners, strategic publishers, and data vendors — act as their primary contact and build recommendations that improve both partner and advertiser results.
- Run end-to-end onboarding of new supply partnerships alongside Product, Engineering, and Solutions Architecture teams, from technical integration kick-off through go-live validation.
- Track supply quality and dig into performance data so third-party inventory keeps delivering real value for Amazon advertisers; update account plans when business conditions shift.
- Launch new formats (e.g., Audio, Digital Out-of-Home, mobile app, live events), bring marketplace feedback back to the team, and work cross-functionally to shape program direction.
- Handle payment and invoicing operations for supply partners, spot process improvements, and use generative AI tools where they make sense to scale reporting and cut manual work.
A day in the life
Most mornings you will check partner performance dashboards and triage any integration issues before hopping into cross-functional syncs with Product and Engineering. You will spend a good chunk of your time on partner calls — talking through optimization opportunities, troubleshooting delivery gaps, or mapping out new-format launches. Between meetings you will pull data to build account plans and put together business reviews. You will also block off time for your own analysis, writing up recommendations, and adding to shared playbooks that help the rest of the team work smarter.
About the team

We run a subject-matter-expert model across verticals like Audio, Digital Out-of-Home, mobile app, and strategic publishers, so each team member gets the chance to become the go-to person in their area. We are investing in scalable tools, automation, and new formats that will shape how programmatic supply works going forward, and we want people who are excited to build alongside us.
