Job Description
This role serves as the operational coordinator for the Multiplatform Planning team, managing campaign readiness, coordinating promo assets, and maintaining planning documentation to support the successful execution of marketing and audience growth initiatives across Peacock and NBCUniversal Entertainment priorities. This position will report to the Manager, Multiplatform Planning.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Set-Up & Coordination
- Create promo metadata entries in AirTable and other campaign management systems (i.e. Sintec) to support campaign execution needs
- Maintain campaign trackers, rollout plans, and workflow documentations within Excel and Airable, serving as a central coordination point between Multiplatform team and Production to ensure alignment on campaign execution requirements
- Support promotional initiatives across the broader Multiplatform Planning team by managing campaign setup, metadata entries, asset coordination, reporting, and other operational needs
Execution Support
- Coordinate and QC all promotional assets with PMs and PAs to ensure timely and accurate delivery
- Support real-time updates to promo plans by coordinating assets and updating trackers to reflect marketing pivots
- Support audience growth initiatives by coordinating promo assets, campaign documentation, and execution requirements for key Peacock and NBCU marketing priorities
- Partner with Ad Ops, Production, and various Marketing teams to ensure campaigns needs are executed according to business goals
Reporting & Optimization
- Compile and organize promo performance data, reporting materials, and campaign recaps to support performance and optimization discussions
Coverage
- Be available after hours to make trafficking and/or scheduling decisions and updates as needed
- Additional responsibilities, special projects and tasks assigned as needed
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
- At least one year of experience in media, marketing, advertising, production, campaign operations, or a related field; internship experience may be considered.
- Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners.
- Ability to review campaign information and promotional assets for accuracy, identify issues, and escalate or resolve them promptly.
- Interest in entertainment, streaming, television, marketing, and audience growth.
- Willingness and ability to work occasional evenings or weekends when business needs require.
Additional Requirements:
- Hybrid : This position currently has a hybrid schedule, which requires contributing from the office a minimum of four days per week. The Company reserves the right to change in-office requirements at any time.
