Overview
The Program Management function within Revenue Marketing helps develop and enable core workstreams including: multi-channel creative asset development, RFP responses, and commercial production campaigns. The Senior Manager’s primary responsibility is to own, develop, and continuously improve the systems and processes that enable this work, with a focus on operational efficiency, reliability, and visibility. The role also directly manages a defined portfolio of creative marketing projects, using firsthand delivery experience to inform improvements that benefit the broader team.
We are looking for a candidate with a track record of building and improving work-management systems in complex creative or marketing environments. The ideal candidate combines advanced hands-on systems expertise, process design, and analytical problem-solving with strong creative project management skills. This role reports to the Executive Director, Program Management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and continuously improve Program Management systems using Airtable and other tools to support evolving workflow, reporting, and business needs.
- Identify systemic workflow issues and implement scalable improvements across intake, prioritization, creative development, feedback, approvals, and delivery to improve throughput, visibility, and stakeholder experience.
- Partner with Program Management and cross-functional stakeholders to translate business and user needs into system requirements, and prioritize improvements with Program Management leadership based on business impact, urgency, and effort.
- Maintain system reliability and data quality through troubleshooting, testing, access management, and clear standards for system configuration and use.
- Lead documentation, training, and rollout of system and workflow changes, gathering user feedback to improve usability and adoption.
- Track and analyze operational KPIs—including project volume, throughput, cycle time, on-time delivery, capacity, and feedback rounds—to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Manage portfolio of campaign project management for consumer revenue assets including: email, site ads, order pages, and paid social.
- Day-to-day project management activities including: reviewing project briefs and requirements, enforcing intake requirements, establishing and maintaining timelines, tracking project status, running kickoff and alignment meetings, facilitating feedback and approvals, and archiving project artifacts.
- Collaborate with Program Management and cross-functional partners including Consumer Revenue, Revenue Marketing, Creative and Development to ensure campaigns are executed on time, on brand, on strategy, and on budget.
- Assist with other Program Management initiatives as needed.
Required Experience/Skills:
- 5-7 years of program/project management, creative operations, marketing operations, or related experience in marketing, advertising, and/or e-commerce
- Advanced hands-on experience building and maintaining Airtable solutions, including relational data structures, formulas, automations, interfaces, and reporting, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement reliable system changes.
- Experience working with a team of multidisciplinary creatives in a fast-paced marketing environment
- Familiarity with creative tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud
- Strong command of project and program management best practices, with experience identifying opportunities for automation, AI, and other technology to improve workflows.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels, from individual contributors to SVPs.
- Adaptable and comfortable managing multiple concurrent projects, shifting priorities, and stakeholders across multiple brands and business functions.
The expected base salary range for this position is from $95,000 - $115,000 . Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including but not limited to relevant skills, training, experience, and education.
In addition to salary and a generous employee benefits package, successful candidates may also be eligible to receive discretionary bonus compensation.
