Titttle: Senior Process Improvement Manager
Work Location: Onsite in Sparks, NV
Duration: 2 months
Terms: W2 Contract
Authorized US Worker - US Citizens
Responsibilities:
- As a Senior Process Improvement Manager , you will drive the implementation, communication, training, and auditing of the company and industry best practices.
- You will partner with BA and functional organization leadership to develop, deploy and execute process improvements that support the strategy of achieving lean, efficient, and successful operations.
- You will implement meaningful metrics that drive continuous improvement and solve strategic issues.
- You will coordinate/lead internal and external audit and appraisal processes, and dissemination of results.
Required Qualifications:
- Current Six Sigma Green or Black certification preferred (or must be willing to immediately take steps to attain).
- Bachelor's Degree in a related field;
- Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 6 - 8 years of relevant experience;
- Higher education may substitute for relevant experience.
- Knowledge of Kaizen & Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, AS9100 & CMMI process standards.
- Experience with program management processes, standards & certification.
