🗂️ Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services under the direction and supervision of a licensed Speech Language Pathologist
- Implement individualized treatment activities to improve articulation, language development, social communication, and functional communication skills
- Document patient progress using EMR systems and report observations to the supervising SLP
- Collaborate with SLPs, PTs, OTs, and other healthcare professionals to support coordinated pediatric care
- Reinforce treatment strategies and home programs with children and families as directed by the supervising SLP
✅ Qualifications:
- Graduate of an SLPA program or qualifying speech-language pathology educational program meeting North Carolina requirements
- Current NC SLPA Registration (or eligible to obtain)
- New grads and experienced SLPAs welcome!
- Strong interpersonal and documentation skills
- Ability to work effectively under the supervision of a licensed SLP
