👩⚕️ Key Responsibilities:

- Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction and supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist

- Implement individualized treatment plans to improve fine motor skills, sensory processing, coordination, self-care skills, and functional independence

- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team

- Document patient progress using EMR systems

- Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations

✅ Qualifications:

- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program

- Current NC OTA License (or eligible to obtain)

- New grads and experienced COTAs welcome!

- Strong communication and time management skills
