Our residents may have complex medical needs related to:
- Spinal cord injuries
- Traumatic brain injuries
- Stroke

What You'll Do
As an RN at MSCC, you will:
- Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to residents with complex medical needs.
- Monitor residents' conditions and respond appropriately to changes in health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established standards and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, respiratory therapists, nursing assistants, and other members of the care team.
- Promote residents' health, comfort, dignity, and quality of life.
- Develop meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and members of the interdisciplinary team.
- Follow established clinical, safety, and infection-control practices.
- Serve as an advocate for the residents entrusted to your care.
Schedule

- Weekends are Required
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Mississippi , without restrictions.
- Current BLS certification through the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.
- Ability to provide compassionate care to individuals with complex medical needs.
- Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical judgment skills.
- A genuine desire to build relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.
Experience with complex medical care, long-term care, rehabilitation, respiratory care, or individuals with neurological or physical disabilities is a plus.
