About this role
We currently have an opportunity for a Maintenance Planning Analyst. Join our Government and Integrated Facilities Management team and play a key role in creating, updating, and managing preventive maintenance schedules for compliance equipment or systems. Reporting to the Business and Systems Transformation Lead, you'll help deliver high-quality outcomes that support our essential services.
What You’ll Do
This role offers a broad scope, with key responsibilities including:
- The role will involve providing business analysis, data analysis, systems analysis related to work order and asset data integrity utilising Spotless Facilities Maintenance Systems (currently WMS).
- Work across multiple contract collecting and recording asset data, providing asset data solutions which are required with a broader and complex asset data management strategies across multiple client agencies.
- Analyse and document business systems and processes, applying industry best practises within asset data management in developing and maintaining quality data.
- Design, develop & standardise asset data reports in MS-Excel + provide data analysis, data translation and create meaningful Power BI dashboards.
- Analyse results from queries and scripts, prepare reports, analyse work order and asset data results and provide suggestions to the causes of trends and outliers.
What You’ll Bring
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Experience or exposure to working with Asset Data in a Facilities Maintenance or similar maintenance environment with a technical ability and appreciation in working with asset and work order data.
- Advanced in the use of MS Excel.
- Ability to interact cross-functionally with various levels of employees and with management.
- Well-developed analytical skills, including the ability to handle competing requests from customers, partners, and internal colleagues.
