Due to continued growth, we are seeking a motivated and customer-focused New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our team.
About the Role
As a New Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will help customers find the right vehicle while delivering a seamless and enjoyable buying experience from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting customers in selecting the right vehicle for their needs
- Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives
- Managing sales enquiries and following up leads
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Achieving individual and team sales targets
- Maintaining accurate customer records and sales documentation
- Delivering exceptional customer service throughout the sales journey
- Promoting dealership products and services where appropriate
About You
To succeed in this role, you'll have:
- Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience
- A passion for helping customers and achieving results
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, energetic and professional attitude
- Strong time management and organisational skills
- The ability to work both independently and within a team
- A current and valid driver's licence
Automotive sales experience is highly regarded. However, we are equally interested in speaking with driven individuals from other customer-focused industries who are looking to build a long-term career in automotive sales.
