We’re looking for an engaging, organised and enthusiastic Service Advisor to join our team at our new West Terrace facility . This is your opportunity to work with two globally recognised brands, build genuine relationships and help make every service visit a standout experience.

The role

You’ll be the welcoming face and trusted point of contact for our service guests—from their first conversation through to collecting their car.
Working closely with our service team, you’ll keep guests informed, explain their options clearly and ensure they feel confident and well cared for throughout their visit.
Your day will include:

- Welcoming guests and checking in their BMW or MINI.

- Understanding their needs and discussing recommended servicing or repairs.

- Liaising with the workshop and keeping guests updated on progress and timing.

- Coordinating car collection and clearly explaining the work completed.

- Arranging future service bookings and building lasting guest relationships.

What you’ll bring

You’re a people-person who enjoys making someone’s day better. You communicate with confidence, stay organised when things get busy and understand that the details make a difference.
We’re looking for:

- A genuine commitment to exceptional guest service.

- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust.

- A positive, collaborative approach—you support your teammates and take pride in shared success.

- Integrity, attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.

- The confidence to explain service recommendations and help guests make informed decisions.

Previous automotive experience is welcome, but not essential. If you have a strong hospitality or retail background and a passion for delivering outstanding service, we encourage you to apply.
