We are seeking an Operations Assistant, IT Operations to join FoundationCCC in its mission of benefiting, supporting, and enhancing the California Community Colleges—the largest and most diverse system of higher education in the nation. What You’ll Do
This position is responsible for the administrative duties and logistical services that support the Office Operations teams. The Assistant will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of FoundationCCC.
- Operational: Under general direction, Assistant supports the activities and operations of the Office Operations groups, including administrative support, reception, conference room preparation and support, including AV troubleshooting, phone, and shipping and mail services.
- Administration: Assist with maintaining workspaces, storage, conference rooms, conference room calendars and hoteling software to support smooth scheduling and space coordination.
- Support: Provide technical support contact to all conference rooms, Zoom rooms, and onsite support for AV equipment (projectors, televisions, controllers, and peripherals), and monitoring of appliances (such as coffee machines, water machines, and refrigerators.)
Attributes for Success
- Relevant AA/AS, equivalent work experience, or a combination of both.
- Minimum of one (1) + year of general professional office experience preferred.
- Minimum of one (1) + year(s) of customer service experience

Budgeted Hourly Pay Range:
Final salary and rates are based on education, experience, skills relevant to the role, and internal equity.
