About The Role
At FTI Consulting, we are dedicated to transforming the health and human services sector. As a specialised consulting firm, we offer a unique environment that combines the agility of a small firm with the depth of industry expertise you’d expect from larger consultancies.
Our health and human service in Brisbane is rapidly growing, and we are seeking expression of interests from candidates with 2 to 10 years of professional experience in transformation/clinical operations, digital health, and healthcare data & analytics areas for a range of roles between Consultant and Senior Director levels.
What You'll Do
Serve as a critical team member to help deliver and manage client engagements, with responsibility for preparing presentations, reports and quantitative analysis for clients and third parties within established timeframes.
Engage in business development activities as required, including preparing proposals, pitches, thought leadership and case studies. Network and build external and internal relationships with clients and members across FTI Consulting.
You will receive external, internal and on-the-job training to develop yourself professionally and personally.
As a Manager, serve as a senior team member to help deliver and manage one or multiple workstreams and client engagements, with responsibility including liaising with the client team and preparing draft client deliverables.
As a Manager, coach and mentor junior staff members, delegate tasks, supervise and direct junior staff to reach timeframes and outcomes..

What you will need to succeed
2+ years of relevant experience. You may have worked in a consulting or professional services firm, in a think tank or university, or you may be looking for a change from the public sector. You may already have experience in health, social services, disability and mental health, or a strong desire to work in these sectors.
• A Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent Industry experience.
• Ability to travel within the country (where practical and possible).
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to interface with team members and client personnel in demanding, deadline-driven situations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication (both written and verbal) skills.
• An ability to produce high-quality, concise and impactful presentations and reports.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills required.
• Strong project management skills and flexibility with respect to assigned tasks and engagements required due to challenging deadlines, changing deliverables and evolving task priorities.
• Experience with data analytics and visualisation software (i.e., Alteryx, Power BI, Tableau) favoured but not essential.
• Strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and motivation to succeed.

External Posting Range
Compensation
Minimum Pay:$82,500.00
Maximum Pay:$202,000.00
Compensation Disclosure:The compensation range reflects potential base salary for the role and is inclusive of Superannuation. Determination of actual salary is based on a combination of relevant factors such as market considerations, business needs, and an individual’s location, skills, level of experience and qualifications.
