About the Role

Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to support the Housekeeping team in delivering exceptional cleanliness, organization, and service throughout the Residence Club. In this role, you will help oversee daily housekeeping operations, inspect guest rooms and public areas, coordinate with internal departments, and ensure every guest enjoys a comfortable and memorable stay. What You Will Do

- Partner with Housekeeping Leadership to oversee daily operations, ensuring team members are aligned on assignments, guest requests, and departmental priorities for day and turndown services.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure service is delivered in accordance with Four Seasons standards.
- Monitor team performance and maintain appropriate inventory levels of housekeeping supplies, linens, and terry.
- Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, and safety are consistently met.
- Collaborate closely with the Laundry team to support efficient linen and terry management.
- Assist with the onboarding, training, coaching, and development of housekeeping team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and excellence.
- Provide regular feedback and guidance to support team performance and promptly address service or quality concerns.
- Coordinate maintenance requests and partner with Engineering to ensure repairs are completed in a timely manner.
- Support guest recovery efforts by assisting with the resolution of guest concerns and ensuring appropriate follow-up.
- Lead by example, promoting a positive, collaborative, and service-focused work environment.

What You Bring

- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel, resort, or hospitality environment; luxury hospitality experience preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to motivate, coach, and lead a diverse team in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with Opera PMS and HotSOS is preferred; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
- Successful candidate must possess legal work authorization in the United States.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays; availability on Fridays and Sundays is required.
