Your Team
Incredible opportunity to the Digital, Martech and Customer Experience team at CFS. Your team is responsible for building and executing cross channel member and employer communications, whilst continuously looking to improve operational efficiency. The team is focused on supporting overall business growth, retention and member engagement across all touchpoints of the customer experience.
You will be responsible for the strategic planning, development and managing the workflow execution of our marketing campaigns and member communications across all channels.
Your Responsibilities
- Lead and develop the Martech Campaign Delivery team (3 direct reports), creating a high-performance culture focused on customer outcomes, operational excellence and continuous improvement.
- Partner with Customer Engagement, Communications, Digital, Product, Technology, Analytics, and Data teams to deliver integrated customer experiences.
- Manage and oversee our vendor resources to ensure we maximise return on investment and campaign velocity through our partnership
- Define and monitor campaign delivery KPIs, operational metrics, platform utilisation, customer engagement measures and business outcomes.
- Own the end-to-end campaign delivery capability across digital, email, SMS, push, web, app and emerging customer engagement channels.
- Establish campaign delivery standards, service models, workflows, governance frameworks and operational processes.
- Lead the implementation and adoption of AI-enabled marketing capabilities including content generation, audience optimisation, workflow automation and campaign orchestration.
- Drive continuous improvement of marketing automation platforms, customer journey orchestration and personalisation capabilities.
- Contribute to Martech roadmaps to maximise value from platforms including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and Customer Journey Analytics.
- Provide executive reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership on campaign performance, platform effectiveness and optimisation opportunities.
- Establish optimisation frameworks including A/B testing, multivariate testing, experimentation and conversion improvement programs.
- Identify emerging Martech, AI and personalisation trends and translate them into practical business capabilities.
- Ensure all campaigns adhere to governance, privacy, consent management, risk and compliance requirements.
Your Capability and Experience
- Solid experience in marketing operations/marketing roles, preferably in Financial Services
- Practical experience leveraging AI, machine learning and generative AI capabilities within marketing and customer engagement functions
- Deep knowledge of marketing automation platforms, in particular Adobe Campaign/Adobe Journey Optimiser/Adobe Experience Platform, AEM & CJA
- An understanding of Agile methodology is highly regarded, with ability to thrive in a fast paced and high growth environment
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimising marketing automation programs
- Exceptional leadership, communication and project management skills
- Strong people leadership capability with a track record of coaching, developing and inspiring multidisciplinary teams.
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate customer outcomes into measurable business value.
- Experience operating in regulated industries with strong governance, privacy and compliance requirements.
- Experience leading large-scale transformation, capability uplift or operating model change programs.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, Commerce, Technology or related disciplines.
- Relevant certifications in Martech platforms, customer experience, analytics or AI technologies are highly regarded.
