Do you want to play a key role in delivering Apple products into the hands of millions of customers across Greater China, Northeast Asia, Southeast Asia, and Australia & New Zealand? The Material Data Management (MDM) team drives the data governance and integrity of all material master data from initial product disclosure throughout the entire product lifecycle to enable flawless execution. This role requires close cross-functional collaboration with global partners (e.g., Worldwide Product Configuration) and Operations teams (e.g., Supply & Demand Planning, Reseller Channel Back Office, Product Localization Management, and Product Launch Readiness).

In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end material master data maintenance and setup, governing critical data elements across enterprise systems from New Product Introduction (NPI) through to End of Life (EOL).
• Manage material data readiness and execute material setup in SAP to support on-time New Product Introductions (NPI) while maintaining the highest standards of data integrity and confidentiality.
• Constucting, operating and maintaining material configurations throughout the entire product lifecycle across SAP and associated systems.
• Champion continuous improvement initiatives, proactively identifying opportunities to automate workflows, optimize processes, and scale operational efficiency across the team.
• Lead root-cause analysis through post-mortems and implement sustainable corrective actions to enhance data accuracy and mitigate operational risks.
• Driving for scalable solutions to promote team effectiveness and efficiency, not limited to contributions in strategic initiatives
• Ability to navigate ambiguity to define a workable model and design that meets both system and business requirements while driving scalable designs and strict adherence to global design principals, security, encryption and compliance standards, as well as documentation standards.

Minimum Qualifications

BA/BS degree.
Continuous Improvement & Systems Mindset: Proactive and curious attitude toward problem solving, with a proven ability to identify operational bottlenecks and drive scalable process and systems enhancements.
Execution Under Tight Deadlines: Strong attention to detail with proven capability to prioritize competing demands and deliver high-quality results under compressed timelines.
Analytical Problem Solving: Proven ability to diagnose root causes and implement both immediate remediations and sustainable, long-term improvements.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex issues and data analyses clearly and concisely.
Proficient in automating process and desktop innovation leveraging on relevant tools.
Relevant Experience: 1–3 years of experience in supply chain operations, master data management, or related fields in a global/multinational setup.

Preferred Qualifications

Enterprise Systems: Working knowledge of SAP or equivalent ERP systems is an advantage.
Propensity and aptitude to learn and work on new technology areas across the SAP landscape and its boundary systems.
Strong business process and technical skills, as well as being a critical problem solver backed with quantitative analysis.
