Aldar Education is seeking a Talent Officer - School Recruitment to specialise in the recruitment of MoE subject teachers across our growing family of owned and operated schools in the UAE. The role includes the end-to-end recruitment of MoE subject teachers. This includes close collaboration with the Director of MoE and hiring managers to support education recruitment cycles, and the provision of strategic recruitment support.
The role also serves as a subject specialist in education recruitment, advising schools on best practices, contributing to recruitment strategy, and supporting hiring managers with selection, onboarding, and workforce planning.
The Talent Officer ensures recruitment documentation, contracts, compliance, and reporting are completed in a timely, accurate, and transparent manner, aligned with policy and annual recruitment timelines.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management or related field
- Additional HR/Talent qualifications are welcomed
- A minimum of 3 years in recruitment or with MoE subjects
- Experience of working in the UK, US or UAE education sector is highly advantageous
- The ability to communicate in English and Arabic (written and verbal communication) is essential
Job specific knowledge & skills:
- Proven ability to build strong, positive and influential relationships at all levels
- Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion, diplomacy and confidentiality
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Good knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ie Oracle) and other related job boards
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates
- Experience in volume recruitment is essential
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks
- Strong knowledge of the UAE labour law
- Ability to think ahead and out of the box
- Pro-active approach towards task or improvement ideas
- Attention to details with diligent follow up, and able to execute in a timely manner.
- Proficient in using MS Office
- Work in a highly collaborative and effective manner, both independently and in cross-functional teams

- Good understanding of ADEK/similar govt body requirement
