The Global Markets division is responsible for the Trading and Sales activities in financial markets encompassing all Foreign Exchange, Commodities, Fixed Income and Interest Rate products.

The purpose of the Global Markets Sales business is to enhance our client's success by making global markets easy to navigate.

To achieve this purpose our key priorities are client focus, people, productivity and capabilities.

Do Work that Matters

As a Senior Associate within the Global Markets Sales Data & Analytics team, you will be responsible for the development, delivery and maintenance of high quality insights and front-line dashboards in support of client acquisition, expansion and retention.

With a focus across all Global Markets Sales businesses and products, you will drive the development of tools and methodologies to accurately assess and measure the impact of our business strategies, enable targeted business activity and uncover opportunities for significant growth.

As a key partner to the sales team, your role will be instrumental in ensuring the Global Markets Sales Business is equipped with decision critical data insights, that support our colleagues and clients.

Key Delivery Areas;

- Stakeholder partnering and requirement gathering.
- Design, development and implementation of data strategy.

- Use AI and innovation to improve how Global Markets Sales uses data and analytics.

- Utilise analytical techniques to present actionable insights.
- Development of data visualization dashboards on Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Maintaining effective data integrity and security.

About You

- Demonstrable experience in a similar role, ideally within a large matrix environment.
- Well-developed requirement gathering, comprehension and interpretation skills.
- Technical competence across one or more scripting languages, ideally SQL and/or Python.

- Experience using AI to develop practical data and analytics solutions and improve ways of working.

- Experience in delivering quality data insights using data virtualisation tools including Tableau and/or Power BI.
- Competence in identifying and effectively communicating commercial opportunities to senior stakeholders.
- Skilled in navigating through ambiguity and working in an ever-changing environment.
