Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Auth0 / IAM DevOps Engineer to design, automate, and operate secure enterprise identity solutions using Okta Auth0 . The role will enable seamless authentication and access across applications and APIs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support enterprise IAM solutions using Okta Auth0 .
- Deliver secure SSO, MFA, RBAC, ABAC, and federation using SAML, OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and JWT.
- Integrate Auth0 with enterprise applications, APIs, customer portals, and cloud platforms.
- Automate IAM deployments and operations through CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Manage monitoring, incidents, upgrades, security remediation, governance, and documentation.
- Partner with security, architecture, infrastructure, and development teams to establish secure identity standards.
Mandatory Skills: Skill Area Mandatory Requirement Okta Auth0 Hands-on expertise with Okta Auth0 in enterprise-scale environments. Identity Protocols Strong understanding of OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML 2.0, JWT tokens, federation, and identity brokering. Access Management Experience implementing Single Sign-On (SSO), Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Customer Identity & Access Management (CIAM), and Role-Based Access Control (RBAC). DevOps & IaC Strong DevOps experience with CI/CD pipelines, automation, and Infrastructure as Code. Auth0 Administration Experience managing Auth0 tenants, applications, organizations, rules/actions, branding, custom domains, and API security. Troubleshooting Strong troubleshooting experience across authentication flows, token management, federation issues, and identity lifecycle management. Application Integration Experience integrating Auth0 with web, mobile, and API-driven applications. Scripting & Automation Scripting and automation experience using JavaScript, PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
Good to Have:
- Experience with Azure AD / Microsoft Entra ID integration.
- Knowledge of Identity Governance and Administration (IGA) solutions.
- Experience with Terraform for Auth0 configuration management.
- Experience working in Azure, AWS, or multi-cloud environments.
- Exposure to Zero Trust security architecture.
- Security certifications or IAM-related certifications.
Preferred Certifications:
- Okta Certified Professional / Administrator
- Okta Certified Developer
- Microsoft Certified: Identity and Access Administrator Associate
- CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent security certification
