General Description of the Role
This role enables productivity and performance improvement across APAC Supply Chain by strengthening data foundations, standardizing reporting, supporting data governance initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to support business decisions. The role focuses on improving data quality, visibility, and process efficiency by understanding the maturity of existing processes, applications, and data sources, while identifying priority improvement opportunities across the region.
This role acts as the regional data and analytics partner for Planning and CS&L, driving adoption of global standards, governance practices, and digital initiatives across APAC. It provides end-to-end visibility across demand planning, supply planning, logistics, and customer service, while helping markets improve performance through consistent reporting, insight generation, and capability building.
Working closely with Global Supply Chain, IT, and local stakeholders, the role builds the data, process, and organizational foundations required to enable future analytics and AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities and Activities
A. Supply Chain Data & Analytics Foundation
- Establish the foundational data, reporting, and analytics capabilities required to improve supply chain performance and support data-driven decision making across APAC.
Key Activities
- Drive adoption and compliance of global KPI definitions, reporting standards, and performance management frameworks across APAC markets.
- Assess the maturity of processes, applications, data sources, and reporting capabilities to identify business needs and improvement opportunities.
- Partner with Global, Master Data, IT, and business teams to improve data quality, governance, and consistency across the region.
- Develop understanding of the regional data landscape, including systems, data flows, reporting architecture, and source-to-reporting processes.
B. Reporting, Performance Management & Business Insights
- Provide actionable performance visibility and insights to support operational and strategic decision-making across the end-to-end supply chain.
Key Activities
- Simplify and automate reporting processes to improve productivity, accessibility, and scalability.
- Drive adoption of standardized reporting, KPI, and visualization practices across APAC.
- Analyze performance trends, risks, and opportunities and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Support S&OP and business reviews through performance analysis, root cause identification, and insight generation.
C. Data & Analytics Capability Building
- Build organizational capability, data literacy, and adoption of data-driven decision making across APAC Supply Chain.
Key Activities
- Develop data and analytics capabilities through training, coaching, workshops, and knowledge sharing.
- Act as the bridge between business and technical teams, translating business requirements into practical solutions and ensuring successful adoption.
- Drive change management and user adoption of dashboards, reporting tools, self-service analytics, and digital solutions.
- Champion best practices and support regional capability building initiatives in analytics, automation, AI, and data-driven decision making.
D. Digital & Future Capabilities
- Support the development and deployment of future digital, analytics, and AI capabilities across APAC Supply Chain.
Key Activities
- Partner with Global Supply Chain, IT, and Analytics teams to identify and prioritize business use cases that improve productivity and decision quality.
- Support deployment and adoption of global digital, analytics, and AI initiatives within APAC.
- Pilot and scale practical solutions that deliver measurable business value and operational improvements.
- Establish the data, process, governance, and capability foundations required to enable future analytics and AI capabilities.

Summary of Experience
- 5-8+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Data & Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Governance, or Digital Transformation roles, with exposure to end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Experience developing and deploying reporting, analytics, and performance management solutions that improve decision-making, operational performance, and productivity.
- Experience working with business stakeholders to identify requirements, translate business needs into data and analytics solutions, and drive user adoption.
- Experience with data governance, data quality, reporting standardization, and KPI management in a regional or global environment.
- Exposure to digital, automation, AI, or advanced analytics initiatives, including supporting implementation, change management, or capability-building activities.
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Data Analytics, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Engineering, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Data Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration is advantageous.
