Could you be the full-time Site Buyer for Indirect Sourcing in Sricity we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your procurement and sourcing expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking teammates.
You'll play a key role in developing and executing country-specific sourcing strategies for indirect categories, ensuring alignment with global commodity strategies. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (finance, legal, operations, project teams, and more), manage supplier relationships, and ensure effective procurement strategies that drive cost savings and support organizational objectives.
You’ll specifically take care of sourcing strategies for categories such as Real Estate, Office Interiors, Civil Construction, Production Consumables, MRO, and Capex items, but also focus on supplier management and process improvements.
We’ll look to you for:
- Developing and implementing sourcing strategies for various indirect categories.
- Conducting market research to identify potential suppliers and benchmark pricing.
- Managing the procurement process from requisition to supplier selection.
- Building and maintaining strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, service, and compliance.
- Analyzing spend data to identify cost-saving opportunities and monitoring procurement performance metrics.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure a holistic approach to procurement.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (B.E preferred).
- Experience in indirect procurement or sourcing (5-7 years preferred).
- Proven track record in supplier negotiation and management.
- Knowledge of procurement software such as ARIBA, SAP, or BASWARE, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- A professional certification in procurement (e.g., CIPS, CPSM) is an added advantage.
- Strong analytical skills for assessing market trends and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills with an international mindset.
- Proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
