Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your project coordination and analysis expertise to the digital transformation of Alstom's Support Functions. You'll work alongside collaborative, innovative, and business-oriented teammates.

You will support the delivery of business and technology initiatives across a diverse portfolio of Corporate Solutions, including Human Resources, Legal, Sustainability & CSR, Communications, Environment, Health & Safety (EHS), and other Support Functions.

Working closely with business stakeholders, project managers, solution owners, and IT teams, you will contribute to project planning, governance, stakeholder engagement, reporting, and delivery activities, helping ensure successful outcomes across a wide range of initiatives.

We'll look to you for:

- Supporting the delivery of projects and enhancements across Support Functions domains

- Coordinating project activities, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies

- Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of project plans, governance materials, and status reports

- Tracking project risks, actions, issues, and decisions

- Facilitating communication and coordination between business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors

- Supporting requirements gathering, documentation, and business process analysis activities

- Monitoring project progress and ensuring timely follow-up of actions and deliverables

- Contributing to change management, communication, training, and user adoption activities

- Ensuring compliance with Alstom project governance and delivery standards

- Supporting portfolio reporting and continuous improvement initiatives across the Corporate Solutions landscape

- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field

- 3+ years of experience in project coordination, PMO, business analysis, or project management within business or IT environments.

- Experience supporting business or digital transformation initiatives

- Strong organisational, analytical, and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities

- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a global and matrix environment

- Experience using Microsoft 365 collaboration tools and project management solutions such as Microsoft Project, Jira, ServiceNow, Azure DevOps, or equivalent

- Understanding of project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches

- Knowledge of business processes within corporate functions is a plus

Preferred qualifications

- Exposure to HR, Legal, Sustainability & CSR, Communications, EHS, or other corporate function processes

- Experience working with enterprise business applications and SaaS platforms

- Project Management, Agile, Scrum, or similar certifications are a plus

- Experience contributing to global or cross-functional projects
