About the role
We are looking for a Billing Administrator to join our team in Madrid (Rivas). This role plays a critical part in ensuring business activities are accurately and efficiently converted into revenue through timely invoicing, contract administration, and customer documentation management.
As our rental business continues to grow, the Billing Administrator will support key financial and operational processes that directly impact revenue recognition and customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with multiple stakeholders and contribute to the smooth execution of month-end and year-end closing activities.

What you will do:
- Process customer invoices accurately and on time.
- Manage administrative activities related to rental contracts.
- Prepare and maintain customer documentation required for invoicing.
- Handle journal entries and support routine accounting activities.
- Collaborate with Sales Force and internal stakeholders on customer administration matters.
- Support month-end and year-end invoicing closing activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure efficient billing processes.
- Ensure compliance with established invoicing procedures and controls.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to continuous process improvement.
What you need to succeed:
Required:
- High School Diploma in Administration or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar invoicing, billing, accounting administration, or administrative support role.
- Familiarity with invoicing systems and data entry processes.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage routine tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
Preferred:
- Medium level of English.
- Experience supporting contract administration or rental business processes.
- Knowledge of accounting support activities and financial documentation management.
