servers, network equipment, fiber-optic and copper cabling, and related IT equipment and accessories.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Plan, prioritize, assign, and monitor work based on business priorities, service risks, workforce capability, and resource availability.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span><span>Manage ticket queues, workloads, backlogs, handovers, and escalations to support </span><span>timely</span><span> and predictable service delivery.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Oversee hardware installation, deployment, diagnostics, break-fix, cabling, inventory, asset handling, and equipment decommissioning.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Ensure compliance with approved procedures, runbooks, change controls, safety requirements, quality standards, and documentation requirements.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Monitor KPIs, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality results, backlog health, and recurring issues, and drive corrective and continuous-improvement actions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span>Safety, Security, and Incident Management</span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span><span>Promote a strong safety culture and ensure employees and vendors incidents, including resource mobilization, onsite actions, escalation, evidence collection, and factual status reporting.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Support incident management, root-cause analysis, lessons learned, and corrective and preventive actions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Ensure effective handover and continuity for unresolved incidents, high-risk activities, blocked work, and outstanding actions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><p><span>Stakeholder and Vendor Management</span><span> </span></p></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Collaborate with Critical Environment, Logistics, Security, Safety, Engineering, Deployment, Project, Asset Management, Supply Chain, and regional datacenter operations teams.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Coordinate with service partners, vendors, landlords, and colocation providers to support effective site operations.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Manage vendor-resource readiness, work schedules, scope alignment, site access, execution quality, and compliance.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span><span>Identify</span><span> operational, resource, vendor, safety, quality, or degree in Computer Science</span><span>, Information Technology, Engineering, Telecommunications, or </span><span>a related</span><span> technical discipline.</span></span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Minimum 7 years of experience in IT operations, including at least 5 years managing technical operations or IT service-delivery teams in an enterprise, datacenter, high-performance computing, or other mission-critical environment.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Demonstrated management experience covering enterprise and high-performance computing servers, network equipment, fiber-optic and copper cabling, and associated IT equipment and accessories.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Strong people-management experience, including workforce planning, workload assignment, coaching, capability development, performance management, and operational escalation.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Practical technical knowledge of enterprise servers, network equipment, racks, structured cabling, fiber-optic infrastructure, hardware diagnostics, break-fix, deployment, and decommissioning.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Experience managing performance through KPIs, SLAs, ticket queues, backlogs, quality results, and corrective actions.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Experience working in a production, mission-critical, or 24x7 operational environment.</span><span> </span></p></li></ul></div><div><ul style="list-style-type: disc;"><li><p><span>Demonstrated ability to coordinate incident response, cross-functional activities, operational
