Join us to do meaningful work that changes the world and helps shape what’s next for everyone.</span></p><br><br><b>Responsibilities</b><br><ul><li><span>Lead the creation of a strategic vision with key partners across segments, aligning Microsoft’s value proposition, products, and solutions to partners’ business goals and AI transformation priorities in the enterprise market.</span></li><li><span>Develop and execute strategic partner business plans that grow joint cloud and AI business, promote digital transformation, and establish long-term, trusted-advisor relationships with senior partner leaders.</span></li><li><span>Evaluate and manage a portfolio of partners to identify patterns, opportunities, and gaps; propose and land new solution investments; and build and maintain execution plans that drive sustainable growth while meeting security and privacy requirements.</span></li><li><span>Orchestrate and lead partner sales and consumption motions, including pipeline reviews, top-deal coaching, and co-selling activities, to accelerate AI and cloud adoption with enterprise customers.</span></li><li><span>Drive partner performance and impact by leading assessments, rhythms of business, and resolution of complex escalations, while advocating for partners internally and improving the overall partner experience.</span></li></ul><br><br><b>Qualifications</b><br><p><strong><span>Required/Minimum Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Operations, Computer Science or a related field AND 5+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.</span></li></ul><p><strong><span>Preferred Qualifications</span></strong></p><ul><li><span>Master's Degree in Business Administration, Business Science, or an advanced degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) or a related field AND 8+ years experience in partner management, sales, business development, or partner channel development in the technology industry or related experience OR equivalent experience.</span></li></ul> <br><p>This position will be open for a minimum of 5 days, with applications accepted on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.</p><br><hr><br><p>Microsoft is an equal opportunity employer.
