## How you create impact

- Deliver exceptional first-level support for the Road Carrier Solution (RCS), ensuring fast and effective resolution of user issues and uninterrupted daily operations.
- Drive a positive user experience by managing onboarding activities, coordinating system setups, and providing ongoing support to end users.
- Proactively monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and take preventive actions to minimize operational disruptions.
- Support incident management activities, including coordination during major incidents, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Operational Excellence (OPEX), Implementation, and IT teams to improve system functionality and operational efficiency.
- Contribute to testing, quality assurance, and rollout activities, helping to ensure the successful delivery of new features and system enhancements.
- Share operational insights and recommendations that support continuous improvement and optimization of visibility and transportation management solutions.
- Prepare and communicate release notes, system updates, and key information to users and stakeholders.
- Participate in and, when required, lead meetings, including the preparation and delivery of presentations.

## What we would like you to bring

- An undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Management, Logistics, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience supporting Transport Management Systems (TMS) or other logistics-related applications within a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Solid understanding of transportation processes, primarily Full Truck Load (FTL) and Less than Truck Load (LTL) operations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and recommend practical solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across functions and stakeholders.
- Experience in incident management, system testing, user support, and software rollout activities.
- Strong affinity for technology and a genuine interest in understanding end-to-end logistics and TMS workflows.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment is considered an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal English language skills; knowledge of additional languages is considered an advantage.
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Jira Service Management, and TestRail is considered an advantage.
- Confident use of MS Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
