Manage end-to-end vendor management cycle—from scouting and aggressive price negotiation to strict record-keeping and formal vendor onboarding. A meticulous eye for detail, strong organizational compliance, and an uncompromising work ethic are essential for this role.

## How you create impact

- Rate Negotiation: Source and negotiate competitive cross-border freight rates (Road) to maximize cost-efficiency and service quality.
- Quotation Safekeeping: Disciplinary archive, update, and secure all vendor quotes and contracts in a centralized system for instant internal access.
- Vendor Onboarding: Manage the vetting and onboarding of new logistics partners, verifying all legal permits, customs compliance, and safety standards.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor global freight trends, fuel surcharges, and market capacity to proactively secure advantageous pricing.
- Performance Management: Evaluate vendor KPIs (on-time delivery, pricing stability) and foster reliable, long-term partnerships.

## What we would like you to bring

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in Logistics and Transportation
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Good communication and negotiation skills
