Reporting into Head of PDS – Hong Kong & Taiwan, the Head of Project Management is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of strategic projects and transformation initiatives for our. This role provides leadership to the Project team and cross-functional teams, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in alignment with business objectives.

The incumbent will establish project governance, drive execution excellence, manage stakeholder engagement, and build organizational project management capabilities to support sustainable business growth and operational excellence.

What your day-to-day will look like:

- Lead and oversee all project management activities : Lead and oversee a portfolio of projects and programs. Take ownership of project deliverables, ensure successful implementation of projects, and manage project budgets and timelines.
- Drive and deepen client satisfaction : Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and exceed their expectations by providing unparalleled project management expertise.
- Foster collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues locally and globally to create effective teams, leveraging diverse perspectives and skills to deliver exceptional projects.
- Innovate and improve : Embrace innovative ways of working, identifying opportunities to streamline processes, improve project delivery, and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Team leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing project management team. Support the growth and development of project management teams, providing guidance, coaching, and opportunities for career advancement.
- Financial management: Manage project financial performance through effective budgeting, forecasting, resource utilization, and investment evaluation, ensuring projects meet or exceed targeted financial, operational, and business outcomes.
- Governance safety, risk & compliance: Champion a safety-first culture while driving project governance through best-practice methodologies, standards, and tools. Ensure effective risk management, issue resolution, and compliance with organizational, regulatory, and safety requirements.
- Champion JLL’s values : Uphold JLL's commitment to teamwork, wellbeing, inclusivity, and belonging, both within the organization and in relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Drive business growth : Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth, enhance client retention, and expand the project management business.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Minimum of 12 years of Project Management, Facilities Management or other related experience. Business development and leadership of large-scale and complex project is an advantage.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, Six Sigma) is preferred.

- Strong financial management skills, with the ability to develop and manage project budgets, financial forecasts, and financial models.

- Proven experience leading and managing high-performing project management teams.

- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Primavera, Procore) is an advantage.
- Fluent in both spoken and written English and Cantonese Chinese is essential
