Why join our team!

This is a rare opportunity to lead the marketing agenda for Personal Banking, the largest and most dynamic portfolio within Personal and Private Banking. As Head of Marketing: Personal Banking, you will shape how millions of South Africans experience the Nedbank brand across their financial journeys, from transactional banking and lending to insurance, investments and lifestyle solutions. You will have end-to-end accountability for translating business priorities into an integrated marketing strategy that drives customer acquisition, engagement, product adoption, retention and share of wallet, while strengthening the relevance and distinctiveness of the Personal Banking value proposition.

You will lead a high-performing marketing function, including the Channel Operations Team, and partner with senior leaders across Product, Distribution, Data, Digital and Finance. The role provides the platform to influence strategic decision-making, oversee marketing investment and connect every rand spent to measurable commercial and customer outcomes. By bringing together customer insight, data intelligence, digital performance, creative thinking and disciplined execution, you will strengthen delivery across physical and digital channels, enable frontline teams and build future-fit marketing capabilities that support the sustainable growth of Personal Banking.
