About this role

What You Will Do
You will own how Veo answers its hardest strategic questions. That means running the company strategy process end to end, from framing the question through the analysis to a recommendation the Board signs off on. You will lead commercial due diligence and target assessment across an active M&A pipeline, build the business cases behind where Veo invests next, and take on the one-off topics that land on the executive team with a two-week deadline. You will report to Veo's Head of Strategy and work directly with the CEO, the executive leadership team, and the Board.
This is a small team, so the work is yours from a blank page to the final document. Nobody will rewrite your slides for you.

What You Could Bring

- 3–5 years in top-tier management consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy

- A track record of structuring genuinely ambiguous problems into clear, defensible recommendations, with specific studies you can walk through end to end

- Written output that holds up in front of a Board, able to build a document a CEO can read without you in the room

- Strong commercial and financial toolkit, including top-down and bottom-up market sizing, business cases, P&L and basic valuation work

- M&A exposure across target screening, commercial due diligence, or integration planning

- Comfortable holding a view in front of senior stakeholders and changing it when the evidence says so

- Interest in sports, and the judgment to work on a category where the data is thin, and the customer is unfamiliar

- Fluent written and spoken English. Danish is not required

Responsibilities Include

- Run Veo's annual company strategy process, from analysis through to Board approval

- Produce Board and executive leadership materials, owning both the analysis and the recommendation

- Lead commercial due diligence, target assessment, and integration planning across Veo's M&A pipeline

- Size and prioritise growth opportunities across sports, geographies, and business segments

- Build the business cases and investment recommendations behind major capital and resourcing decisions

- Turn approved initiatives into plans that product and commercial teams can act on

- Take on high-priority one-off topics for the CEO and executive team, from partnership evaluation to investor requests
