## Project Overview:

The Ar Rjum Project comprises a green field gold project with three open pit mining operations with associated waste dumps and ore stockpile, a processing plant, tailings management facilities, and supporting infrastructure including water supply, power supply, maintenance facilities, offices, temporary and permanent accommodation village.

The Project is situated within the Central Arabian Gold Region, approximately 200 km north-east of Taif towards Riyadh and about 26 km South of Al Mouwayh, which is a small town situated on the Jeddah - Riyadh highway.

## Job Summary:

The Mobilisation Compliance Administrator supports the Workforce Services by monitoring and auditing contractor mobilisation activities to ensure compliance with project requirements, procedures, and workforce mobilisation standards. The role focuses on reviewing mobilisation records, identifying compliance gaps, maintaining audit data, producing reports, and following up on corrective actions with contractors.
The position requires residence in the Project accommodation facility (camp) in Saudi Arabia.

## Major Responsibilities:

- Support Workforce Services and the Mobilisation Compliance Lead in monitoring contractor mobilisation compliance.
- Conduct audits and reviews of contractor mobilisation activities and records.
- Verify that personnel have been mobilised in accordance with project procedures and requirements.
- Review workforce data, supporting documentation, and mobilisation records for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify non-compliances, process gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain compliance databases, audit logs, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular compliance reports, metrics, and summaries.
- Follow up with contractors to ensure timely closure of audit findings and corrective actions.
- Monitor contractor compliance performance and maintain tracking registers.
- Assist with developing and improving mobilisation compliance processes, reports, and monitoring systems.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Workforce Services and the Mobilisation Compliance Lead.

## Qualifications and Experience:

- 5+ years experience in compliance, auditing, workforce services, mobilisation, administration, training, HR compliance, or a related field.
- Experience conducting audits, compliance reviews, or quality assurance activities.
- Experience working on major construction, mining, infrastructure, energy, or industrial projects.
- Experience reviewing documentation and compliance records.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas of non-compliance.
- Strong reporting, data analysis, and report-writing skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft 365 applications, including the preparation of dashboards, trackers, and management reports.
- Excellent organizational, follow-up, and action-tracking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate compliance records and databases.
- Effective communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively with contractors and project teams.
- Knowledge of Saudi Arabian labor regulations, workforce compliance requirements, and site access controls.
- Experience working with contractor management and workforce mobilisation processes.

## Supervision Received:

- Reports to and receives operational instruction from the Workforce Services Manager.
- Receives functional guidance from the Regional Workforce Services Manager.
